This privacy policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the operator - Ruban Aleksey Olegovich.

By registering in the application, You agree to the terms of this privacy policy and consent to the processing of Your personal data.

By registering in our application, You are sharing certain information with us. We want to familiarize You with what kind of information we collect, how we use it and to whom we disclose it, as well as how You can manage Your information, update and delete it.

We collect information that falls into two categories:

• information we receive when You use our services.

Information You provide

When You access our services, we collect information that You yourself provide. For example, before using most of our services, You need to create an account in the ARmap application, and for this we need to get some important information from You, such as Your name, email address, date of birth, password, profile photo. We may also ask You to provide additional information that will be available to all or specific users of our services, for example, nickname, country and city of residence.

Information we receive when You use our services

Using our services, You can add information that we collect that is open to all users. For example, by adding Your placemark in the application, You transmit to us information about the geographical coordinates of this placemark, about what is located on the coordinates of this placemark, photos from the place where the placemark is marked and other information related to this placemark. Also, by leaving a review for a tag, You give us such information as: Your rating, Your impressions of the tag.

How we use information

Our main goal is to create a convenient service that helps You choose the best place to spend Your free time from a variety of excellent establishments.

We use Your information to:

• carrying out user authentication, as well as countering fraudulent and other unauthorized or illegal actions;
• formation of a database containing many places and institutions in which tourists, vacationers or people living nearby can relax or have a good time;
• adding reviews to tags existing in the database.

Legal issues. We sometimes use Your data for legal purposes. For example, when we post illegal content on ARmap or our other services, we may react in accordance with our Terms of Use and other policies. Sometimes we have to share information at the request of law enforcement.

Legal basis for the processing of Your information

We have the right to process Your personal information only if certain conditions are met. These terms are called legal bases and we rely on one of the following:

• Agreement.We may ask for consent to process Your information for certain purposes. In these cases, we will give You the right to withdraw Your consent in the services themselves.

• Legal obligations. In some cases, the use of Your personal information may be required by law, for example in the event of legal proceedings or to take action to protect our users.

How do we disclose information?

We may disclose the data we collect about You in the following cases:

• Other ARmap users. We may provide other users with the following information:

– Your data, such as full name, date of birth, nickname, country and city of residence, profile photo;
– Information about the tags You added;
– The reviews You left for the tags of other users.

• Third parties. We may share information about You for legal and security purposes if we reasonably believe that disclosure of that information is necessary to:

– compliance with any legal order, a government agency requirement, or applicable law, regulation or regulation;
– investigation, elimination of potential violations or enforcement of the Terms of Service;
– protecting the rights, property and safety of us, our users and others;
– identifying and eliminating any cases of fraud and security threats.

How long do we keep Your information

We store all Your personal data, including all data associated with Your account, Your personal tags, until You delete them yourself through the application or ask to delete them.

Remember, although our systems automatically delete information, we cannot guarantee that the deletion will be completed within a specified time frame. There may be a legal basis for storing some information about You. We may also suspend deletion procedures if we receive a legal order to retain the content, or if we receive reports of non-compliance or violation of the Terms of Service, or if Your account or content created by You is flagged as inappropriate or in violation of the Terms of Service. We may also save some information in the form of backups for a limited period of time or as required by law.

Managing Your information

It is important for us that You have control over Your data, which is why we provide You with the following tools.

• Access, rectification and data portability. You have access to most of Your account master data, and You can make changes to it in the application itself. We may also deny You the ability to view and change personal information for a number of reasons, including if the satisfaction of such a request jeopardizes the confidentiality of the information of other users or if the request is illegal.

• Removal. We hope that You will stay with ARmap for a long time, but if for some reason You want to delete Your account or Your tags, You can do it in the application itself.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. For this reason, we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13. In some cases, this prevents people of this age category from fully using our services. In cases where we need consent to process Your information, we may request the consent of Your parents if this is required by the laws of Your country.

Changes to privacy policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When this happens, we will notify You in one way or another. Sometimes You can find out about this by seeing the new date at the top of the Privacy Policy. In other cases (especially if the changes are significant) we will notify You additionally, for example, we will post a notification on the main pages of our services or show it to You in the application itself.
