We have compiled these Terms of Use (“Terms”) so that You are aware of the rules that govern our relationship with You. The Terms are a legally binding contract, so please read them carefully.

By using the ARmap app or services related to these Terms, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree with them, then do not use the application.


Who can use the Services

Anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited from creating an account or using our Services. We may also offer additional Services with additional terms of use, for which different age restrictions may apply.

By using the Services, You acknowledge the following:

• You can enter into a legally binding contract with ARmap.

• You will comply with these Terms, all applicable local laws, individual state laws, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

Data processing policy

To provide our Service, we need to collect and use Your information. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share Your information. It also describes the many ways You can manage Your information. To use ARmap, You must accept the Privacy Policy.


Your commitments

In exchange for our commitment to provide the Service, You must make the following commitments to us.

Prohibited uses of ARmap. Providing a secure and open Service to the wider community requires each of us to abide by the rules.

• You may not impersonate other people or provide inaccurate information. You are not required to disclose Your identity to ARmap, but You must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information (including registration information), which may include personal information. In addition, You may not impersonate people You are not, or represent companies with which You are not related, or create accounts for others without their express permission.

• You may not engage in illegal, deceptive or deceptive actions or other actions for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• You may not attempt to create accounts, collect information or access it in unauthorized ways.This includes creating accounts or collecting information by automated means without our express permission.

• You may not sell, license or buy any accounts or data received from us or our Service. • You do not have the right to publish personal or confidential information of users without permission or otherwise violate anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights (for example, by infringement of copyright, trademark rights, distribution of counterfeit or pirated goods). You have the right to use other people's work in accordance with the exceptions or limitations in respect of copyright and related rights provided for by applicable law. You represent that You own the content that You post or share, or that You have obtained all necessary rights to it.

• You may not modify, translate, or reverse engineer any of our products or components, or attempt to create derivative works based on them.

Permissions You grant to us. As part of our agreement, You also give us the permissions necessary to provide the Service.

• If You choose a username or similar identification for Your account, we reserve the right to change it if we deem it appropriate or necessary (for example, if it infringes someone's intellectual property rights or if You impersonate another user).

• You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on Your device.

Removal of content and temporary or permanent blocking of Your account

• We have the right to remove any content or information that You share on the Service if we believe that they violate these Terms of Use or if permitted or required by law. We may block Your account in order to protect our community or services, or if You create a risk or adverse legal consequences for us, violate these Terms of Use, violate the intellectual property rights of others, or this is permitted or required by law.

• In cases where Your account is blocked in accordance with these terms, You lose the right to publish, as well as change any information in our Service (create, edit Your tags, write and edit reviews for tags of other users). You still have the option to remove the information You add (tags, reviews, and account), unless we believe that it is reasonably necessary to prevent or mitigate negative legal or regulatory consequences for us.

Our agreement and the consequences of our disagreements

• If any aspect of this agreement is invalid, the remaining aspects will remain in effect.

• Any amendments or waivers to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. Failure to enforce any aspect of this agreement will not be considered a waiver.

Who owns the rights under this agreement.

• This agreement does not give any rights to third parties.

• You are prohibited from transferring Your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.

Who will be responsible if something happens.

• Our Service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee that it will be safe, secure, or function perfectly. To the extent permitted by law, we also disclaim all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of suitability for the purpose for which such products are commonly used, or for specific purposes, non-alienation of title and non-infringement of rights. for intellectual property.
